A Solution for UVR8-Receptor Research


We have developed a plant growth chamber equipped with programmable UVB irradiance to cultivate novel crop varieties that are better adapted to ultraviolet radiation-prone environments, such as high-altitude and intense light conditions.

Application

It can be used to investigate the molecular mechanism of UVR8 (the UVB receptor) and DNA methyltransferase DRM2 interaction, as well as to regulate photomorphogenesis during plant development.

This equipment provides a novel technical guarantee for the selection and cultivation of crop varieties that can adapt to high levels of ultraviolet radiation in the areas with elevated UV exposure, high altitudes, and intense light conditions.
