Control System Introduction

The new generation of GF20 control system is characterized by its simplicity, ease of use, rich functional extensibility, and versatility in different types of plant growth chambers and step-in climate rooms.

Based on PLC design and equipped with a 10-inch touch screen with a 1G main process, the control system ensures data communication response time less than 10ms to guarantee smooth operation without any delay.

The device is equipped with a 10-inch touch screen.

The main interface features clear layouts for the parameter monitoring and function navigation areas, allowing for intuitive display of real-time values and setting values of parameters such as temperature, humidity, light, etc.

Easily Editable Parameter Groups

The system enables users to establish parameter groups based on a 24-hour real-time clock.

Setting and adjusting parameters such as time, temperature, and humidity is as effortlessas editing in EXCEL.

The quantity of parameters under control, such as temperature, humidity, light, CO2 and FR, is contingent upon the signal input port capacity of the system.

With access to up to 128 sensor input signals and outputting 128 control signals, GF20 can offer a comprehensive solution.

The default operation interface can store up to 16 parameter groups by default, but it can be expanded to accommodate up to 999 as needed. Each parameter group can contain up to 999 steps by default, and can be expanded to 1440 as needed, with a minimum interval of one minute between each.

Automated Operation of Multi-parameter Group

Scheduling

The duration for each parameter group running can be set between 0 to 9999 days.

Up to eight parameter groups can be arranged into the scheduling, to establish an automated process for the entire plant breeding cycle.

Data will be recorded every 30 seconds.

Remote Monitoring

Enhanced remote monitoring capabilities include the ability to remotely access and synchronize touch screen operations on the growth chamber controller via mobile

phone or computer, as well as remotely update programs and diagnose device failures. Additionally, data can be downloaded remotely.
